History

1959June Operations began at Sanei Shoji Inc. The predecessor of our business
1997Aug Kyousei Sangyou Inc. (now Trust Tech) was established as a subsidiary of Sanei Shoji Inc.
2004Oct Trust Tech Inc. was established
Nov Kyousei Sangyou changed the company's name to Trust Works Sanei
Dec Trust Works Sanei took over the operations of Sanei Shoji Inc.
2005Jun Trust Works Sanei purchased all shares of Trust Tech
2006Nov Trust Works Sanei changed the company's name to Trust Works Inc.
2007Jun Trust Works listed on the JASDAQ market
2008Oct Trust Works merged with (absorbed) Trust Tech
Company was renamed to Trust Tech
2009Mar TTM Inc. (formerly PLM Inc.) became a subsidiary
