Message for engineers

Trust Tech has a powerful back-up system for its engineers based on the philosophy that "employees are a valuable asset, and companies that do not treat employees well will not grow."

Employee training programs

Engineers in Europe and the United States, the world's most advanced temporary placement markets, engineers often spend time at many companies and jobs during their 20s. This diversity gives engineers valuable skills and experience. Armed with this knowledge, these engineers can become highly valued members of society in the future.
As an employee of a staffing services company, you too can acquire a broad range of experience during the early years of your career. In the future, this experience is certain to give you many more options for advancing your career even more.

To achieve the same level of operations as U.S. and European staffing services companies, we are examining problems in our industry and areas where improvements are needed. Our goal is to conduct operations with sincerity and fairness. Moreover, based on our stance that a company cannot grow without treating its employees well, we have two strong commitments: ensuring that our engineers are evaluated properly and that our engineers can lead pleasant and fulfilling lives. This is why have established an extensive back-up framework that includes numerous initiatives regarding educational programs and the management of our workforce.

New employee training

Newly hired engineers attend classes to learn how to use their technical knowledge in the workplace.

Technical research and education system

Trust Tech's education system is structured to train engineers who can meet the expectations of client companies as well as to help engineers advance their careers. We have a curriculum based on highly marketable technical information and business analysis information. Furthermore, we have a support framework that reflects requests from both client companies and our own engineers.

Support for self-study

1. Subsidies for correspondence courses

Correspondence courses of external organizations are part of the Trust Tech training program. The goals are to increase the market value of our engineers and encourage them to study on their own.
[Tuition subsidy] Trust Tech will reimburse engineers for the tuition (up to a certain limit) of courses they complete that meet our requirements.

2. Support for earning certifications

We extend assistance to engineers who seek to earn official certifications in engineering fields, data processing, pharmacology, clinical testing and other fields.
[Certification payment system] Individuals who receive an official certification receive a payment from Trust Tech to recognize their achievements.

3. Other support

Trust Tech has many other programs to assist engineers study on their own and acquire new knowledge and technologies needed for their jobs. Examples include subsidies for buying books, participating in training programs and using the polytech center.
